1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of MS Facilities & Cleaning Services ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional cleaning services in the Greater Sydney area. All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from us.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed via email confirmation. Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, credit card and cash. Invoices are issued upon request.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

6. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property at the agreed time, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Liability

While our team takes every care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty or fragile items. We carry public liability insurance for genuine accidental damage caused by our team.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
